Services provided are as follows:

Listing the property at comparative market rates,
Posting signs (where permitted) and listing the property in the Multiple Listing Service which includes
several internet websites such as Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hot pads, etc.
Showing property to potential tenants,
Taking and processing applications.
Submitting application results to homeowner for review and final approval
Coordinating with new tenant the initial move in procedure.
Drawing up lease and other necessary documents
Collecting all funds due at move in (First months rent, Security Deposit, Pet Fee, etc)
Sending homeowners statement and copies of all documents
